I know that false teachers, like vicious wolves, will come in among you after I leave, not sparing the flock. Even some men from your own group will rise up and distort the truth in order to draw a following. Watch out! Remember the three years I was with you—my constant watch and care over you night and day, and my many tears for you.

1. As GOD’s people a great and unmatched value has been placed on us
2. That is GOD’s own blood that He used to purchase His Church. And there is no value as high as that
3. GOD has appointed and place elders over His Peolple/flock the Church to care and wacth after them
4. Since GOD Amighty Himself placed this responsibility on the elders should it be taken lightly, with or without concern, seriously, extremely seriously as though our very souls depends on it?
5. There are others whom GOD did not give that responsibility to, but would like to take from GOD’s people for themselves. As elders you must be watchful for their souls, keeping them from going astray and being deviourd
6. As our LORD said, it is better to give than to receive,  we are not to live off of GOD’s flock, but to give them the truth so that  they may live
7. If we  constantly and forever stand up for GOD’s mercy and never distort HIS Truth, we will have an inheritance with all those He has set apart for Himself
